Critical fire weather conditions will return today due to southeasterly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Minimum relative humidity is forecast to drop down as low as 15 percent. Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control. Stronger winds and continued low relative humidity are then expected for Thursday and Friday across all of western through central North Dakota, including the James River Valley. Therefore, a Fire Weather Watch has been issued Thursday through Friday as well. * WINDS...Southeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph today.
