How to Plan Meetings Across Time Zones
Add cities or time zones for each participant. The grid shows 24 hours in your chosen anchor zone — switch the anchor with the Show times in control to read the schedule from anyone's perspective. Each row gives a participant's local hour and weekday, so you can see day rollovers at a glance.
Teal cells mark business hours (09–17), warm cells mark fringe hours (06–09 and 17–22), and muted cells mark asleep. Columns where everyone is in business hours light up as overlap; click any column to pin a meeting time and copy a tidy summary or a shareable link. Step the date forward or back to plan ahead.
For the method behind the grid — anchoring a time to UTC, confirming each local clock, and the daylight-saving trap that catches recurring calls — see our tips on how to schedule meetings across time zones.
