In Minnesota, Cottonwood, Nobles, Jackson and Rock. In Nebraska, Dixon and Dakota. In South Dakota, Hanson, McCook, Minnehaha, Hutchinson, Turner, Lincoln, Bon Homme, Yankton, Clay and Union. * WINDS...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 24 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
