For Thursday, northwest winds 20 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 45 MPH. For Friday, northwest winds 15 to 20 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH. * HUMIDITY...For Wednesday, 12 to 16 percent. For Thursday and Friday, 5 to 10 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a slight chance for scattered showers and storms Wednesday afternoon and evening.
