This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Grand Portage Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Bad River Reservation and the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Wisconsin, Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Burnett, Washburn and Sawyer. * WINDS...Southwest 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
