For Thursday, westerly to west-northwesterly winds 20 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 40 MPH. * HUMIDITY...For Wednesday, 15 to 20 percent. For Thursday, 8 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a slight chance for scattered showers and storms during Wednesday afternoon and evening. The main concern with these storms will be gusty and erratic winds as well as dry lightning.
