Critical fire weather conditions will return today due to southeasterly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Minimum relative humidity is forecast to drop down as low as 15 percent. Stronger winds and continued low relative humidity are then expected for Thursday and Friday across all of western through central North Dakota, including the James River Valley.
