In North Dakota, Pembina, Eastern Walsh, Grand Forks, Steele, Traill, Cass, Ransom, Sargent and Richland. * WINDS...Friday will see west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control.
